We particularly love this version of Food Rules illustrated by artist Maira Kalman.

A little pocket guide to eat by. If you stick to Pollan’s food rules, you’ll need little other guidance. Our favorites:

Eat all the junk food you want, as long as your cook it yourself.

It’s not food if it’s called by the same name in every language. (Think Big Mac, Cheetos or Pringles)

Eat mostly plants, especially leaves.

If it's made by a plant, eat it. If it's made in a plant, don't.
