Will Uhlhorn began his culinary career at City Grocery in Oxford, Miss., where he worked as sous chef between classes in German, journalism, and graphic design at Ole Miss. After college, he sought to pursue his new-found passion and attended the Culinary Institute of America.

After holding positions as a line cook, sushi chef and chef de cuisine at a variety of restaurants, Will moved to Nashville where he served as chef at Music City staples F. Scott’s and Miel and helped to open Table 3 Restaurant & Market. Today, Will challenges the diners of 360 Bistro each week with a consistently rotating menu driven by the season and available locally grown ingredients. His creative drive and innovative dishes has earned him recognition as Critic’s Choice Best Chef Nashville from the Nashville Scene.

When Will isn’t cooking, he still enjoys going out to eat, reading cookbooks and spending time with his two daughters, Olivia and Amelia.

Will will be featured at our Edible Kitchen on December 3rd with his Roasted Beet and Shaved Carrot Salad with Goat Cheese-Cauliflower Purée.
