Why We Love It: The Corner Asian Bistro is light, bright and cheery and particularly modern, strung with red lanterns from Chinese New Year the day we visited. Chuanlu and Yanping, veterans in the restaurant business serve Asian American dishes such as General Tso's , Kung Pao, Mu Shu, and Cashew Chicken but also traditional Chinese dishes such as delicious Mongolian beef, Green Onion pancakes, Twice Cooked Pork and Chicken Feet with Hot Pepper. As a result, the restaurant is occupied with more Asians than it is Americans. Always a good sign.
