Easy Cinnamon Apple Cake

This cake goes as well with your morning coffee as it does for a dinner party. This easy cake is sure to become a favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1½ cups white sugar
  • ½ cup turbinado or brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2½ cups self-rising flour
  • 1½ teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped toasted walnuts
  • 3½ cups finely chopped peeled apples

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour bundt pan. Combine oil, sugars, and eggs in large bowl, whisk well. Sitr in flour and cinnamon. Add walnuts and apples, stir well. Pour batter into pan. Bake 40 minutes or until pick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Invert onto plate. Dust with powdered sugar.
