- 3 large lemons
- 3 cups low-fat plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups sugar

Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients. Stir well. Pour into cannister of ice cream maker and follow manufactureres instructions. Makes 6 cups.
