Ingredients

  • 3 large lemons
  • 3 cups low-fat plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • salt

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients. Stir well. Pour into cannister of ice cream maker and follow manufactureres instructions. Makes 6 cups.
