We make it, you blend it!

Our vision was clear from the start: to develop a line of ready-to-blend superfood smoothies unlike anything else on the market today! I’m Tiffany, the Founder of Roots True Foods. My story began several years ago when I was studying raw food and holistic nutrition. I discovered early on that the key to healthy living is whole foods. What started out as a personal lifestyle choice blossomed into a passionate idea and took shape into a flourishing business venture. My passion for clean eating sparked months of serious kitchen inspiration that resulted in an innovated new superfood product line that tastes as good as it looks. Our organic, vegan READY-TO-BLEND superfood smoothies take the guesswork out of what to put into your smoothie and each of our blends are uniquely formulated with a specific health benefit in mind. Our smoothies are perfectly portioned to make (1) 18 oz meal on-the-go that combines both organic whole foods and superfoods to ensure clean, powerful nutritional fuel for your body.

We all lead such busy lives these days, which is why we can’t lose sight of what’s most important… our health and our daily nutrition! You’ll find our superfood smoothies online and in retail stores in the Nashville area. Online offerings include home delivery, 7-Day cleanse kits, subscriptions, and our new Rewards Program. Our Rewards Program allows you to earn points for every dollar you spend online which adds up to big saving and FREE smoothies.
