Can’t live off the land? Plant a pot of herbs for your deck, windowsill, or balcony, so with an easy snip, you can liven up all your summer dishes. Blogger Judy Wright of Judyschickens.org has a pot for every season. This one (left to right) is parsley, marigold, oregano, arugula, basil, rosemary, marigold, parsley. Remember to water frequently as small pots dry out quicker than your garden does. Our favorites:
